Phone doesn't do twitter 😒 what does it say 🙏
You've said this quite a bit mate - I'd hate to find a really simple solution to it all, but - and hear me out - have you thought about signing up for an account given that you seem quite keen on what stuff says on there?

People make the effort to look and find things to share them - I don't necessarily think it's fair that they have to transpose them. Different if it's not written in the language that this forum is based on - but otherwise, do you think that might make yours and everyone else's life easier?

Much love. Stoofio.

That's actually why I joined Twitter.

Didn't realise how many shitty horrible unnecessary people there are in the world. Twitter is just a horrible place to visit.

Think long and hard about it @archiewasking.

Fair shout though Stoof.

Yeah gonna be honest, whilst I respect other people who are posting screenshots and the actual text of the tweets, I'm probs not gonna do that.

Anyone know why did he move from Ajax to Torino? Was he not fancied at Ajax or is Torino seen as a good move because they’re in Italy?
Don't take this as gospel but i read somewhere, maybe on here, he was initially meant to be the successor to de licht but got injured. On his return Timber and Martinez were established, so he couldn't get in the team. He moved to Torino for playing time, and he's rediscovered his form.

Not heard of him before.

But fact that a Dutch CB like him is playing good in serie A bodes well.

For some reason this feels underwhelming, but maybe that's no bad thing for a CB.

Joe Rodon on his way to Leeds on loan apparently. If we’re hoping to move on three CBS to make way for this guy then this is the start.

Twitter is like a supermarket. If all you see are shitty people you're shopping in the wrong aisle.

Tbf football twitter may be awful, I use it for other areas of learning and people there are mostly decent.

Still most likely relies on Sanchez being sold. Joe is done, Tanganga has suitors in Italy, and while I'd rather keep Sanchez over Dier, no one is in for him. VDV Romero Schurrs as the main 3, with Dier Phillips and even Davies stepping up isn't the worse scenario.

I'm signed in to a twitter account even though I never use the bloody place.

Only signed in so I can see the stuff that's posted on here and even then, don't actually venture into that cesspit to read the threads, just see the main post/twat/whatever the fuck they're called now.

How about we have an SC agreement that anyone who asks what a twitter post says because they either can't figure it out or have some kind of anti-twitter stance just gets the response 'Tough Titty'

He looks a right tough old school kind of CB from the video I'm just dug out on YouTube.

I'm very satisfied seeing us linked with the likes of Tapsoba, Silva and Schurrs over Tosin at this stage.

Gary Jacobs alluding to us wanting a midfielder along with a CB and Orban as well it seems like 👀

From Gary Jacob in the Kane article:

Tottenham are ready to step up their interest in Perr Schuurs, if they can offload three unwanted centre backs. After completing the signing of Micky van de Ven for an initial £34 million from Wolfsburg, Tottenham are planning on bringing in a second Dutch defender this month. Torino have valued Schuurs at £28 million after interest from several Premier League clubs. Schuurs, 23, is right-footed but has played as the left-sided centre back during four years at Ajax and Torino.
I think this is a key aspect to take into consideration.

Signing a second LCB really makes no sense as we dont have European football and if one stays fit, the other is basically going to sit out and either not develop (Van de Ven) or get pissed off (Laporte).

Whereas, if you sign a RCB who can comfortably play LCB, then it makes things much less restricted.

Thats why I think itll be Schuurs

If Schuurs comes in along with Orban and Douglas Luiz (linked today on bbc sport) then there’s no room for a signing like Fati. Perisic would have to leave to be within international number limits.
