North Lower - partially restricted view?

I bought a couple of tickets in the North Lower last night - one in block 21 & the other in 23.

Both tickets were sold as 'partially restricted view' - does anyone sit around there? What exactly is there to restrict the view in the North Lower, 5 rows back?

I've sat behind pillars in the east before but wasn't aware of any other seriously restricted views in the stadium - can anyone shed some light?

Cheers

Probably going to be advertising boards around the side of the pitch which would maybe cause a dwarf in row 5 potential obstruction.

5 rows back? maybe you have to look through the near goal to see the park lane end. i.e. watch part of the action through the goal net

I'm guessing the seat in block 21 has the goal accross the right hand side of your view but can't for the life of me think what would be blocking the view in block 23 - thats a corner block just below the members enclosure right?

Will just have to see (or not see) what the view is like. Its never usually too much stress to find an empty seat or two even at sell-out games and switch after 15 min or so ;-)

I'm in Block 22 mate, can't think of anything either side that would cause a massive problem, think you'll be fine

You'll be fine mate. It's the same in row 1 in the South stand, either its the poles that hold the net up or you cant see the bottom of the corner flag down the other end of the pitch because the pitch bows in the middle, or something daft. They must have to see its restricted for legal reasons, its not like being stuck behind one of the pillars, which is actually disgraceful.

You've just got a very good seat for less money

I am in 24 row 20 and it's more or less fine. You can't see one little bit but it doesn't matter. So I am guessing you will be further away from the pillar and probably below it so can't see how it would be restricted at all really.
