A few things to note....

Niko Kovac is most definitely not for us. The man has been a walking calamity at Bayern with some of his comments about his players. He's had a brilliant squad there and struggled (except against us, of course ? ).

Bayern are apparently looking mainly at Erik Ten Haag (Ajax) and Ralph Ragnick (Available) as their front runners. The latter did a great job at RB Leipzig before going to work at a senior level at Red Bull - bit weird. Bild are reporting that Bayern fans want Poch but I suppose the issue here would be the compensation they'd have to pay so it's unlikely.

Arsenal are on the verge of sacking Emery and will most likely appoint Mourinho. Downside of this is that Jose will defo sort them out. Upside is that it leaves Allegri with one less option although he will probably go to Man Utd in the summer.

There's been a LOT of snobbery about Eddie Howe which is disappointing to see. He certainly wouldn't be my first choice to replace Poch but he shouldn't be dismissed so willingly. He's done a consistently excellent job at Bournemouth. His team plays good football and he's made some good buys in recent seasons with likes of Brooks, Ake (who I really want at Spurs), Billing, Lloyd Kelly (watch out for him).

If Levy hasn't pulled the trigger now after another woeful performance we can be more or less sure that Poch probably stays for the rest of the season, like it or not.
Most of the ITK seem to point to that as well.

Yeah I'm pretty much resigned to this now, unless we're in the bottom 3 I cant see any changes until the summer at the earliest.

Levy giving him a lot of time and trust now. But I doubt it will last the whole season, once Levy see the serious relegation threat then he'll act.

People saying once this happens, once that happens, if we don't beat x,y,z, if top 4 is out of reach, if he picks Eriksen / Rose / Toby / Aurier, if Poch keeps with the diamond, bad selections, bad subs, if we drop into the relegation zone, drop out of the championship, lose to Colchester in the League Cup, drop into the Europa League, get knocked out of that by some nobodies..................................it seems depressingly obvious, however bad it gets, Poch isn't getting binned off by Levy. And I love the man. If only, if only there were any small shreds of evidence he could turn it around...........:(:(:(. Sadly, with deep regret, I'm now Poch out. And Jose in. Before the Gooners get him and they start gleefully urinating all over us again.

Agree with a lot of this.
For example Liverpool accelerated the sacking of Rogers to make sure they secured Klopp before he was off the table. It was a slightly premature sacking but they did what they had to to get their man.
Looks like we’ve already missed the boat and waited to our detriment, like we do with transfers.

I like Howe a lot but right now is not the right time for him. He's the guy you bring in after someone like Jose has done his thing IMO.

We’re not going to be relegated.

We're headed towards it without a change.

Going around thinking we're too big and talented to go down will only make it more likely. Just as West Ham's golden generation. We've got relegation form, and when you're down there it will take heart and fight to stay up - which is what's missing the most in our team.

I think Levy is looking at some other managers than Mourinho. He's brilliant but he's also a liability when things goes south. He's been know for outing the board. Levy will have none of it. Poch is good at 'wrapping' it in that things are not good....
