For those who don't want Mourinho, if Arsenal sack Emery tomorrow and hire Mourinho knowing that we missed our chance, how would that make you feel?

We all know how that would end up don’t we?

Fucking Emery at our place!

Luckily I don't think they will. They will want someone who will work under their recruitment team and under the transfer fee restrictions.

But yeah I defo agree with that. Arsenal will have a better chance of top 4 with Jose than us under Poch

It's still too early for me to Poch out. We've shown in the past we can put together great runs seemingly out of nowhere, and we still have the players to do that.

If by Christmas we still haven't seen any real progression then yeah it's time for a change. We need to be all guns blazing and not just scraping the odd win against the likes of Southampton.

Poch obviously. I have tried to stay off SC for a few weeks to avoid the anti-poch nonsense.

But we could have won today. Could easily have been 2-0 and then see the game out. It doesn't cross mind to change manager. Look at a graph of our success over the last 30 years. Anybody who thinks we should change manager after 6-7 months of poor league form mixed in with a CL run to final is clearly smoking crack

And while we're here, Mourinho's anti-football is a busted flush. It only works by packing your team with massive athletes and 3 world class attackers who score from nothing. And as soon as he inevitably alienates the entire team when his shit tactics don't work he's in the departure lounge waiting to get his suitcase full of cash
Don’t get me wrong I like me some crack as much as the next spurs fan but I was not smoking any today. We were battered and Poch couldn’t or wouldnt see it and it’s not the first time that has happened and if he stays it certainly won’t be the last.

The writing is on the wall and has been for months. Can Poch turn it around,of course he can I just honestly believe he doesn’t want to. It’s so hard to get the magic back once it’s gone.

I'd like us to make two actions asap to hopefully save our season before it goes down the drain.
1. Sack Poch and get either Mourinho or Benitez in
2. Hire a sporting director to work as a proxy between Levy and the team so that Levy can focus on finances and marketing instead of the sporting side.

The probability of either of these two happening any time soon? Sadly very, very slim if any at all.

Hoping for breaking news tomorrow that this fella is gone for good. He's breaking my club. Good night.
Thankfully it's not your club pal. Maybe go try Man Citeh or something if you expect instant and consistent success without spending silly money

Just so that we're all on the same page (y)

Ancelotti: Proven Premier League, Winner, Respected.

Just off the top of my head wasn't he bombed out of both Bayern and Chelsea? Think he's past his best personally. Also that eyebrow thing he does....couldn't handle that.

Worried.

They've a good attack and by fuck he'd sort that defence out in January.

That old chestnut eh?!

I for one have dined out enough on winning the Carling Cup in '08 and quite fancy actually winning something else of repute in the not so distant future.

Clearly it's not 'Man City or bust' so just a lazy trope right there...

Arguably supporting someone for 5 years without anything more than effort to show for it is not expecting instant success and seemingly spending silly money is exactly what our manager is calling for as he wants a large portion of our team rid.
Why are so many of our players desperate to leave? According to ITK most of the players have been offered very lucrative contracts but would still rather just run down their contracts instead.
Looks like a pattern to me.

Poch wins in this either way.

1. He gets the boot and gets a massive pay off, gets to say he wasn't backed which most will believe who don't watch us every week.

2. He continues as things are and in January gets to spend money

3. He continues and once the first opportunity to fuck us over arises he will do (and believe me he will). We're left in a mess and all the blame is left with the players

He's gonna come out of everything regardless smelling of roses with most of the pundits etc who don't see the weird press conferences, the contradictions, the poor selections, poor backroom staff management, poor in game decisions and what used to be his strong suit in working with youth, has become somewhat of a weakness.

Getting to the CL final has bought him far too much grace with those outside the club and therefore thus radiates in too. There will be board members who will agree with some ex Liverpool or arsenal flange on the TV that he's been let down etc. Whilst not recognising that no away wins in nearly 10 months isn't good enough.

United are seen as an absolute joke, yet we're below them

Farke is being touted as another option.

This video makes for an interesting point in how you coach well to deal with this trend for high pressing...

Read that back to yourself

Are you blaming Poch for that or the club and it's wage structure ? I really can't tell

Or are you saying that could leave for more money but aren't ? For some unknown reason ?

It's quite clear - what he's saying is that apparently it's not about money, and I think the inference is that the players might want to leave for other reasons that could be down to MP

I'm asking you what you think about so many players desperately want to leave a club of our stature despite apparently having been offered very lucrative deals.
