Sanchez should start no matter what. Some things are more important than the result of one game. Or even one season.

Not sure anyone wins if we do that tbh.

What happened last week was shameful but trying to make it better by starting him will just be a lose/lose for everyone IMO. His confidence is completely shot and he's horribly out of form. If we play him and he's making mistakes then there will be pressure to sub him again and imagine that...

If the option is start Sanchez or go to a back 4, we should definitely do the latter.

No way. His confidence will be rock bottom and he's playing away at one of the best pressing teams in the league. Be a disaster.

Way to do it his bring him on for bits in games we are comfortably winning. Or just leave it till the end of the season when he will leave anyway. I doubt he wants to get on anyway.

If we do play a 4, I would guess the team would be:

Lloris,
Porro, Romero, Dier, Lenglet,
Hojbjerg, Skipp,
Kulukevski, Danjuma, Son,
Kane

Knowing the anti-spurs brigade at sky, I bet they’re trying desperately to get pochettino in for Sundays studio punditry where he”ll announce he’s told the chelski sl@gs to eff right off and is going to back to spurs to slay Levy and bring joy back to THFC
COYS !!!’

First time in four Seasons that I’ve looked at an away game against Newcastle and cannot see how it is possible for us to avoid defeat. To win would require fault free football, commitment, and unity. All of which we are pitifully short of.
Expect a 1-3 win for the home side. At least one goal will be a silly penalty. And another will come from another defensive mistake/switched off moment.

I respect the away fans for this game. True love to be willing and expect to suffer with the team.
When I had no responsibilities and used to travel to all away matches (when we were utterly shite) it was all about the night out before / after the game. They’ll have a cracking night on the Toon tomorrow and the football will become a distraction (it was always the football that ruined a good weekend away when I was travelling all over).

He said that Davies and Lenglet were training.

He said they may not be 100% though
Damn. Just not sure how we play a back 4 that would include Perisic and Porro as our fullbacks. We'll be utterly decimated.

Fingers crossed we can maybe get 60 mins from Davies.

Wonder if it will be a 433 or 4231. I'd rather see the former, as I feel it would actually give our defense more protection.

I see. I over-valued their love.
Away fans tend to be young?
