With ManCity buying Mangala, they once again have too many foreign players - and they are expecting to buy a couple more. So rumour is that Nastasic is on his way out of MCFC.

Great first season, but injured for much of last season, and he won't get back to being a starter at ManCity. Still only 21 and in a position we meed to fill..

He's very highly rated at City, so much so that I think the Benatia deal went bellies up because Roma were asking for Nastasic as part of the deal.

Class act whenever I've seen him, and has fantastic potential to get even better. I suspect this is just another '2 + 2' job from the Daily Shite.

I'm sure Demichelis (transfer) and Boyata (Loan) will be out of the door not Nastasic, it simply doesn't make sense. Mangala aside Nastasic is their 2nd best CB and it is a squad game.

If he is available we would be crazy not to grab him, but I seriously doubt they will let him go.

Demichelis was their established partner to Kompany for the second half of last season. After a 'shaky' first half to the season, and I think shaky is generous, he was arguably their best defender in the second half of the season.

Rotation might just be enough to keep Nastasic their another season and then if forced to sell it will be abroad.

I like him, if there's a chance we should go for it.

I wonder if he regrets leaving Fiorentina now.

nastasic is better than mangala. spurs should go in big for him, spend big but on young players only.

Based on a crappy news report that was probably made up. No way man city would sell.

Now this would be a quality move.

Kaboul is done at this level, sorry to say but he is. Said after West Ham and the way Matty Philips got in so easily last week was really alarming and today just capped it all off.

Last season he was really poor but there are no signs of it abating, in fact he's looking worse.

This would be a great move.

If we bought Nastasic and sold Kaboul I would consider this window a huge success.

Pleaaase mr. Levy I've been good all year and I don't ask for much usually :shy:

I'd love to see this happen as I entirely agree with @Mr Pink that I think Kaboul is done (was awful today as well, just so incredibly easy to burn now in one-on-ones), but I just can't see the plausibility in it.
