Probably the best way to look at it at the momentIs everyone thinking we’re going to go into the season with Aurier and Max Aarons as the RBs? No idea what we’re going to have here at this point.

Wouldn't be surprised if we waited on Aarons for next summer - similar to how we appear to have waited for Ndombele to become available - Norwich clearly don't wish to sell, yet. Will be one of Trip/Aurier and KWP imo. Don’t think we’ll fork out the dough to get any decent right back

While he’s clearly comfortable with the ball, he’s not that mobile so we’d have gaps out wide on the right for longer that teams could readily exploit. Who knows though?I tend to agree. I actually think Foyth will get a lot game time at RB as well.
I agree with walking away, I have no info as to what Palace want. They want nearer 70m for him. So ?? away
I think it is down the pecking order, shouldn't be though. Lining up with the same two full backs again would, imo, be a failure, as they are 2/3 weakest positions. If its what Poch wants however. If someone added a new manager, took over Man City then purchased K'koudou for £200m like you can in Football Manager then perhaps we would look to upgrade all our positions of weakness of which RB became last season.
But the truth is we have a limited budget and with the prices being thrown around for our two top targets (allegedly) of Ndombele and Lo Celso then the chances of us splashing that sort of cash on a RB seems pie in the sky.
I assume we've made replacing Mousa Dembélé our priority followed by an addition to the front 4 (whether that is dependent on Eriksen leaving I don't know). If as expected Llorente does indeed leave, then we may need to splash some cash to replace him (unless Pochettino sees something immediate in Parrott and Etete that makes them 1st XI worthy this summer).
I think therefore RB is lower down that pecking order and if Trippier or Aurier do leave, I think we'd most likely re-invest their transfer fee on a new RB rather than the crazy sums being thrown at Aaron Wan-Bisaka.
Spurs won't be spending >£50m each on 3 players this summer unless Levy has developed some kind of frontal lobe brain tumour.
The problem is shifting the players on the "sell" list. If there was a taker for Toby, another CB comes in. Takers for Tripps and Aurier, then maybe we'd raise funds for a decent RB. The 3rd player coming in for £50m isn't Levy saying he's not prepared to do that, it's whether the incoming player is worth it. And £70m for AWB isn't. Unless Man U buy him and go on to win the league. Then he was worth every penny...If someone added a new manager, took over Man City then purchased K'koudou for £200m like you can in Football Manager then perhaps we would look to upgrade all our positions of weakness of which RB became last season.

And yet when he has played at RB briefly, he's done very well.Foyth is not a right back. His positional play, support and movement are not up to scratch
That’s very, very harsh on Danny Rose.I think it is down the pecking order, shouldn't be though. Lining up with the same two full backs again would, imo, be a failure, as they are 2/3 weakest positions. If its what Poch wants however.
Thing is - promoted teams dont need the money and the player is getting to play in the premiership so the player not that anxious for move. Like sess maybe next season he will consider a move.We should be looking at max aarons instead.
After midfield, RB is our weakest position. I wouldn't mind us keeping Serge, loaning out KWP, and selling Tripps. Then, get a fast, attacking RB in; but I don't know whether we can afford to neglect strengthening that position. We lack pace out there, and it shows in our play a lot unfortunately.
mannnn, i don't have any idea atalWonder how much Nice would want for Atal.
