Drives my OCD mad. This is the dream.

Lol my OCD goes off with this too but in the opposite way!

I guess my thing is the number 10 shirt has mainly been our best striker / centre forward since I started seriously supporting spurs.

Lineker, Sheringham, Keano and now Kane, it’s just the way spurs roll. And of course Hoddle wore it and was our talisman during the period he was playing for us.

Eriksen wearing it would be absolute blasphemy.

9 originally was associated with Anderton and not many of our top centre forwards / strikers of the past have warn it - even Archibald wore 8 I think and Crooks 11.

Armstrong even wore 11 too and Ferdinand was first centre forward in premier league to wear it for us having switched from 10 but was sadly way last his best.

I’d have even been tempted to give Moura it in the summer given the curse of centre forwards wearing it for us, although if we do get Piatek it looks to be his preferred number so is a no-brainer.

Although of course Kanoute and Berbatov have recently worn it with distinction.

I‘d also prefer Kane wore 10 for England too as Lineker did.

No idea about this guy but seems like a west ham kinda signing

How so? ?‍♂️

Blimey people are annoyed we never sign another centre forward so at least looks like we’re trying.

And if you know nothing about him how can you say it seems like a West Ham signing?

All to do with Pele - the original ‘10’

Ooooh we've reached that time where we flip from moaning about him being useless to moaning about Levy not spending 28mil on him.

I've been waiting for this.

So they decided not to take 5 or 10m and Foyth/Wanyama, I guess it was impossible to do this one...
