What an idiot that kid is, but got to say that obviously there nice people too as one reply to that was could I say "intelligent"

I think winning the Carling Cup sort of gives them the european football you think they've 'no hope' of getting. They got a better side than you give them credit for and frankly, quoting 'history' over the last five years is a bit embarrassing isn't it?

Fella, we lost and it hurts. Accept it, being bitter only makes them laugh louder. Anyone who thinks what we won in the last five years gives us the right to lord it up or means we'll carry on winning trophies is kidding themselves. Complacency is our enemy. Spurs used to be a joke but not no more, the bloke they got in charge is the real deal. So laugh it up, because sometimes them that laughs last, laugh longest and if we think that cannot happen then you better wake up and smell the coffee.

An overhaul is required in the summer, lets hope it happens.

Anyone hear the latest today? Drogba's pissed off again so he'll be off in the summer terry was fighting Ten Cate on Friday because he wasn't in the side, and then he was, abramovic is at all the training sessions and "offering his thoughts" on team selection.
Their whole club is imploding; just wait to see where Mourinho goes then sit back and watch the exodus.

Small club in Fulham their just a small club in Fulham!

Best thing to do is ignore it. We won and that's that. We are in Europe again next season and that's that.

Roll on 19 March when we meet them again at home so we can really show them who's the boss!

Very amusing them thinking how poor our history is cup wise. Kind of confirms how long most of these jokers have been Chelsea fans. Glory hunting morons know nothing about football do they?

Normal service will resume in the league they say... i don't think so. They outplayed us at their place but i think it's going to be a different story at The Lane somehow.

3-1 Spurs!!!!

the big big shame in all this is that CFC were within a day of going into administration before they won the lottery

they'd have very few if any trophies to brag about in the last five years if that hadn't happened - of course they'd have a lot less schoolboy fans too - though that wouldn't be much of a miss for the long-term fans I guess

imagine if the trophy situ had been the other way round and we'd won what CFC have in the last 5/10 years and vice versa = would they have had the kind of demand for final tkts we had - no way - would we still have had a far greater demand for tickets than them - too right -

we have a long term fan base they can only dream about

oh and we've still won more trophies than them overall - it's about 17-13 I think (not quite sure about their total)

I loved this excuse one of their fans offers up for the lack of atmosphere from their fans:

it's not just the fans though, wembley is sh1te for getting anything going, everyones so far away from each other and the middle tear is where the noise either stops going up to the top teir or down to the bottom. you cant get going in unison like the old stadium.

Didn't stop Spurs fans singing, did it?

I totally agree. The guy wanted £125k a week and a clause in his contract saying he would be Chavski manager when he stopped playing. What a complete tool.

And there are those persistent rumours that Terry betrayed Mourinho and was the instigator of the events that led to Jose to getting the boot. Now Terry's behaving as if he's the manager and Grant works for him.

Ten Cate is a tough guy. He was Rijkaard's Number Two at Barca, and then left to become Number One at Ajax, before joining Chavski. It's a shame Terry and Ten Cate didn't go ten rounds because my money would have been on the Dutchman.

And as a player? I'd say England have three world class CBs: Rio Ferdinand, Jonathan Woodgate and Ledley King. Terry is good, but not as good as he thinks he is.
