Love this photo for all the obvious reasons, but also that it brings up close n personal how incredibly young this team is. There is all of one player in that entire group in the "prime years." Remarkable, and tremendously exciting.

Still think it's a season to soon for most of them if I'm honest. All we needed to do this season was show signs of real progression and we are doing that in spades. We have got to bust a gut now to get MP one of the strikers he wants, because that will go a long way to showing him he can achieve all he wants with us. There's been quite a lot of swinging this season.

Team spirit is what comes across most in that picture. You have a player like Chadli who has spent large parts of the season injured and struggled to get back into the team, who had no involvement in the goal, celebrating along with the rest of them like he has just won the lottery.
