What is says.

Good to see two of our new boys impressing already. Personally I thought Hutton had a good but not spectacular debut. Woody was just fine, chest-trapping high balls to show how comfortable he is in possession. Chimbonda made the subs bench, although I'm surprised neither Steed (my MOTM) or Jenas made it.

And whatever you think about the clubs they play for, Torres and Adebayor would make a frightening front line.

Considering the positions they play, i would agree with crooks. The great thing is that they were the best in their positions but not our best players although i still would have had steed in there

You are SO right. But the reason I don't like him is because he tries so damn hard to be impartial that he comes across as though he never played for us. With the Gooner and Manc pundits (i.e. nearly everyone else), they are only too happy to big up their ex-teams and are totally loyal (to the point of using "we" did this or "we" did that sometimes). Crooks does none of that. Still, at least, he's not Redknapp. Thank God for Sir Les!
