If it is Moyes I'll support him, but really isn't my ideal choice. There's a list of 4 or 5 managers we could realistically get that I'd have before him.

Thanks a lot Harry, you've done us all proud in the last 3 and a half years. :)

Ah well with Di Mateo getting the Chelski job full-time we'll just have to settle for Guardiola as our next head coach.

Everton confirm to TalkSport: NO TALKS TAKEN PLACE WHATSOEVER

"Any mention David Moyes is leaving Everton FC is false".

Whoever the new boss is will get my 110% support, just like Harry did, was hardly enamoured with his signing but anything was better than Ramos at the time. It's a new era, onwards and upwards, Come on you Spurs.

I wonder if we'll drag out appointing a manager as long as one of our infamous transfers.

Seriously though, if he was sacked I'd expect our new manager to be appointed within a week. There is no way Levy would get rid of a manager of Harry's quality without having something lined up. However, I think we could be in for a long summer if he walked.

It's true. He was just waiting for the hosepipe ban in London to lift before making his decision. Blam.

Harry had a good couple of years here, but he took us as far as he could and it's time to move on.

I feel we need somebody more meticulous, calculated and fearsome (from a player and opposition perspective) to take us to the next level as a club. For me there were only ever two candidates all along: Rodgers and Moyes.

Moyes has made Everton extremely hard to beat, but they can also keep the ball and play (Osman and Pienaar have thrived in that side for years) and he can clearly appreciate good players (signed Cahill, Jelavic, Pienaar, Baines etc).

Never dull supporting Tottenham that's for sure!

Over the past 6 months we have gone from being league challengers to missing out on champions league again because of the sugar daddy clubs ( that's 3 times now ) to having no manager!

People say its a big summer for us but let's be honest, we say that every summer!

First off all we should thank Harry for the good work he has done while he was manager of the club.

Unfortunately his weaknesses ha e caused his downfall.

Talkshite have had word that Everton have not been approached over Moyes

I still dont know what to make of this, yes Harry had his faults that for some reason he could see and not do anything about...

but he has done well for us over the last 4 years, and was challenging for part of this season.
Just not convinced that we will get someone in who will do as well, or keep the squad together (players wanting to go, new manager having different plans)

But i wish Harry all the best and appreciate what he did for us.
