Nah- he wants the Prem Scorer record, he'll need to do well to get to Shearer's record.
He'll score- not for the team- for himself and if that wins us something I can live with that this season

A couple of games hopefully.

Regardless of Kane’s behaviour, our (current) inability to show some intent to balance the squad and show intent does not send a message to Kane that he was wrong to want out.
CM, I can live with, we have effectively replaced Sissoko with Skipp. But in attack we have let Lamela, Bale and Vinicius go, with only Gil coming in as it stands.

With every England striker pulling out you just know Southgate will run him into the ground. We are gambling our season on not getting a back up even on loan.

Harry Kane feels his conscience is clear after his transfer saga ended with him staying at Tottenham.

When asked if he fears the transfer saga has tarnished his reputation, Kane told TalkSport: “No, I don’t think so. “I think anyone involved in the football industry knows the ins and outs. “I was quite calm with the situation, but when you’re in it and you know the truth, then your conscience is clear. “There’s always going to be noise. My whole career I’ve had ups and downs from when I’m young to where I am, that’s just part of the parcel of it.“A lot of people that know me will say I’m a professional athlete who’s dedicated my life to this game and that’s what I’ll continue to do.“I’ll look forward now, the aim has always been to win silverware with Tottenham and it’s been that aim every year.”

I honestly thought when we kept him Levy and the big Paratici / Nuno positive chat we had some transfer window plans that would show some more ambition than we have

Can see him now making better executed plans to exit the club next season

My focus is on football [and] I'm looking forward to what could be a great year for both club and country," he said.
“I have said before fans are entitled to their opinion.
“Obviously sometimes they don’t get the full story of what’s going on, but from my point of view I have got a clear conscience, and I [have] just got to keep doing what I do."

I’m doing everything that I’m being asked for and asked to do by the club and I’m here now with England," he said.
“I know everyone wants to know about every situation that happens over the summer, but like I said I’m focused on what’s to come and the future.”
