His head and now his heart are in Man City already and that is why they think they will get him for less than what we want.

Think it is inevitable he'll move now and probably so late in the window we'll not get a replacement in, that would be typical Levy.

I’ve come up with a song to sing to Harry. I’m hoping it doesn’t offend too many of you?

Harry has a lovely family
He used to be one of us
We hoped he’d win a trophy
But now we’re not that fussed.

He also scored a penalty at Etihad.
Yeah, I just checked.

He scored those two and that's all.

In fact, I don't recall him ever having a good game vs City. Whenever we beat City it was a very big team effort and the likes of Son, Eriksen shined more.

Has he scored one against them at the Lane? I think he may have scored a pen once but maybe no others?
Only one at the lane was a rebound from a free-kick in a 4-1 win in 2015 (I think). Hardly a classic goal by any stretch of the imagination.

Let's try remain classy, hey?

The best way to deal with Kane leaving to City is to just not give him the affection we once did, move on.

Although, I don't forget. I try to live life without holding onto hate and you do feel better for it.

If we start with stupid chants, or effigies, or name calling, it just looks bitter and it also validates Kane's decision to leave. Let's try to remind him that he had a it very very good here and he won't get that level of adulation at City.
I’m sure everyone has their opinions on this but I suspect Kane will be on the bench on Sunday, more to show he’s “still in our plans but hasn’t really trained”, and won’t be used. Will be interesting to see what reception he gets, I’m not a fan of booing, just give him dead air and get behind the rest of the team personally.

Massive dollop of co-op brand salt with this, but a guy called Danc on COYS posted this…

My first bit of ITK from this morning. A friend on a spurs group I’m on. Take with the necessary pinch of salt but I have no reason to disbelieve it. And it tally’s up with what we have already heard.

I'm friends with Sam Hitchen (Steve's wife) and just bumped into her in CO OP. I asked her about Kane situ, she said he's said he'll stay but wants a new contract with more money and a release clause. Kane, his brother, his Dad, Levy, Steve and Fabio are thrashing it out this morning..
Danc also added
‘Also just another snippet that we all know !

She also said Charlie (brother) is an idiot and came up with the 'return late from holiday' plan to engineerinterest from other clubs.’

I agree but the problem is many of you are also quoting this post. Better still to delete your replies and report it if you are offended (y)
Generally, we don't like people deleting posts, it's not so much of a problem if they haven't been quoted or received 'rep' but a while ago it went too far so we had to clamp down on it. In this case it'd probably have been deleted anyway, but generally, no, deleting posts, for soft reasons, (someone doesn't like it or the author doesn't like the reaction etc) is something we don't want to see, it can make threads difficult to follow too. The same goes for editing posts after the fact.

Harsh. He was pretty bloody good last year in fairness - he might not have scored but he played really well (the game where GLC scored the second)
