I tell you what, even in training they need to learn that kind of stuff. If you give someone an opportunity (by having arms around them), they'll cash in.
He's played too much football in the last 30 days. He looked lethargic in the second half for England and has only 2* days to rest before our biggest game of the season. His shooting has also been slightly off-target this year, even though his passing is first class.
He needs a proper 7-day rest sooner rather than later, otherwise he'll get injured again. I don't think he should start Europa games either, Vinicius should.

that was a bit pathetic from southgate tonight. almost felt spiteful. be a fucking grown-up and be a leader. so what, if harry wants to play? you're the fucking manager, and make the decisions. so act like one. he's not your mate. he's a professional athlete that has been overworked over the last month, and prior to that, for a few years, which has caused a number of injuries. playing him in this game is either because he can't say no to harry. wanted to remind jose who is in charge. or put a few bob on harry to get a couple of goals tonight and wanted to make it rain.
regardless, just dumb fuckery. and sadly, a chance wasted to allow some of the fringe players time out there.
at the very, very least, if he was gonna play him, just give him one half.
but southgate acted like a dipshit tonight... especially in selecting harry to play, knowing he would only have two days rest until his next game. which puts his 'real' manager in a pickle. the guy is such a dumbass.
I hear a certain Argentinian coach is currently looking for work... hmm?
And yes I am overreacting. I'm throwing my toys out the pram and taking the ball and going home in a huff!!
