Glad others saw it, I'm getting roasted on Twitter, but to me he did himself no favours today. Horrible body language, no effort.. he's supposed to lead by example no?

I get where your coming from, but with no service and son completely missing him when he would have scored with the right pass I understand why Kane stopped running in the end, only so often you can make and run and not get the ball until you think why bother I won’t get it anyway

Anyone would think that Kane hasn't had a preseason or a run out with us and hadn't been dragged off to international duty to play 2 games in 4 days......oh wait.

No one player was any worse or better than the next today including Kane...they were all shit, good boot in the balls they need...alot of them players could use some of Lamela's drive and determination at least he always puts a shift in.

You see the same effort with Moura but due to the additional duties he undertakes it renders his primary function of being an attacker redundant.

We simply didn’t play as a team. Moura was one touch away from being clean through but where was the support? nowhere to be seen.

Look at Man C... someone creates some space and there’s 5 or 6 players to pass to and they’re all eager to get their heads up and carry on the attack. Whereas with us everyone is switched off.

As someone else mentioned earlier the loss of Dembele and a prime Eriksen has killed us. From a presence perspective we have no presence at:

LB
RB (spends the whole game up front)
CM - absolutely nothing
ACM

I know we were missing players today and/or have a lot of fitness issues but it doesn’t change the fact that last seasons 1st team and even our new players fail to give us the presence we once had and need.

Everton today were superb but they were also balanced. Two attacking full backs, two workhorses in midfield and pace and creativity behind Calvert-Lewin.

We had a bunch of lazy pansies in comparison.

I really don’t want Kane to leave next season as he’s the best striker I’ve seen at Spurs. However, He’ll be 28 next year and to maybe get the rebuild we need, we might need to sell him while we can still get maximum value.

It pains me to say that but the squad needs a complete rebuild and I can’t see where it comes unless we sell our prized asset.

Fairly obvious he’s gonna want a move if we aren’t back in the champions league next summer. He obviously loves the club but he’s the best striker in the world and deserves better.

The pity party in here is unreal. It’s one match — the first of the season. Half of our squad didn’t have a preseason. We didn’t get battered. We conceded an excellent goal and they parked the bus the remainder of the game. If we had scored one of our early chances the result would’ve been different. We can and will improve.

The Premier League champions conceded 3 at home against new boys Leeds yesterday. MW1 is often a shit show.

Pretty sure that our fans thinks more about Kane leaving than Kane himself.
Any time we lose now it will be time for Kane to move on.. He needs to go to a club that never loses, if such a club exists.

I wonder how Neymar is feeling about being at a club that is starting the Ligue Un season with two straight losses. If he has any ambition then surely it’s time for him to go..

EDIT: I guess he was feeling like getting sent off :ROFLMAO:

At least he can look back at his past trophies
