His main priority is his country I think. That's his main gig. Spurs are definitely secondary.

This attitude from our most lauded player is why we'll always be nearly men.

It's a shame but we all need to accept it.

Reckon we'll have a good run without him. It won't start with Liverpool though who'll absolutely school us and rub in how far ahead they've pulled ahead of us.

Happy New year.
He doesn't have a "main priority", he just loves to play football.
If anything, his priority would be his career, not club nor country.

We'll be fine without him unless Son gets injured, we won't do anything in the league anyway but he will be missed for CL matches. Hope he takes a long rest until he is 100% but most top players are too competitive and want to play more, even if they are not fully fit.

What a complete load of old shite. If Kane’s priority was playing for England he’d have engineered a move to Spain or Italy where he’d be banging in the goals in a much less physically demanding league.

Instead he continues to put his body on the line for Spurs week in week out.

Controversial but would anyone actually want us to sell Kane for say £200million if we re-built our squad but actually spent the money properly unlike what we did with the Bale money and bring in top class players for : RB, LB, CB, CDM, AM, STx2?

similar to what Liverpool did with selling coutiniho and getting VVD, Allison, Fabinho & Keita...?

either way I think if we don’t vastly improve then he could put in a transfer request this or at the latest the following summer.

obviously I don’t want us to sell our best player, captain leader and loyal spurs man and want to build a team around him to finally win trophies but if we won’t do that or if it turns out we have no money to spend and only option to improve all these positions was to sell Kane then would you?

No, never.

He has parrott on the bench. A striker. Might not be the best but dont complain if you wont use him.
Right. He's promoted him all the way to the bench ahead of a bunch of other players. The club could have signed yet another backup to Kane in the summer but didn't.

This is nonsense. I have never seen anyone try harder for this club than Harry Kane. Look at the fight back against Norwich- it was driven almost entirely by Harry's will to win.

Yeah it’s nonsense.

Is anyone really surprised that Harry looks happier playing for England, where we regularly thrash teams and he’s being supplied by Sterling, Sancho, Rashford, Chilwell and TAA.

As opposed to the way we’ve been playing for some time.
