Expect to see this batted away swiftly but one must wonder how far Bayern will push for Kane this summer.

Presumably on the back of Hernandez leaving has allowed some financial leeway but still can't see them reaching a satisfactory fee for Levy to deal.

I think the fact we've not heard our club sources definitively come out and say "Kane isn't for sale" makes me think we're actually considering it this time. If they can get close to €100mil wouldn't be surprised if (sadly) he's gone.

I can understand people not wanting him to go this year but people might well look back next year and wish that he'd gone to Bayern if he ends up at a premier league club next year on a free.

Nah, better not say anything. If the club starts coming out with statements it just further inflates the story. No benefit in the club saying anything really

We should consider it... but we shouldn't forget that we have chances as well. We wouldn't offer him a new contract if we didn't fancy our chances to keep him... So it's a huge offer from Bayern +100 mil. or go away.

I just want Ange to say if he wants him or not then hopefully the club will back the manager. I’m reasonably happy with either. That’s assuming HK wants to go of course.

He has already said that he wants Kane and Son to score bags of goals for us next season. And that he will have a good chat with Kane.

Imagine the media wankfest on SSN that their favs get, and my extension the top 6 get.

Now Imagine in Germany most of that circus centred around Bayern and only Bayern as is the reality, the media machine, the leaked stories, the soap operas of their own making. This is where Kane comes into it. To be seen to be semi-serious even if they know it'll go nowhere.

Gun to head. I think he will to this summer. It will be for more than thr current offer but I do see him leaving. I just don't see Bayern wasting time or effort if they were not sure Kane would go there. I also believe that the opportunity to get a large fee AND ensure Kane leaves the PL is something Levy will not let pass by.

They did it with the Nagelsmann rumours when that was all over the place. It would be a good PR story after the shit week they’ve had with ticket prices.

Just seems odd we’re letting it hang over the club and ruin the good spirit and PR Ange’s arrival is bringing in, unless we are actually considering selling Kane.

One would hope we will get some clarity this week. It’s been mentioned in the press that Kane will have a meeting with Ange and Levy when he gets back this week. Plus with everyone’s pre season games looming fast i wouldn’t be surprised if both clubs would like this sorted ether way sooner rather then later. We certainly don’t want this hanging over us all pre season.

My own personal opinion is this offer is still short but if it goes up by another 10 mil + add ons then it might happen even if it’s not the £100 mil we were supposedly looking for.

The club line throughout has been not for sale, and this hasn't changed from what I've heard. The plan is to speak to him on his return and throw the kitchen sink at home to keep him. We are prepared to be somewhat creative with that to get a suitable out come for both parties.

so when Kane asks for the club to sign elite players to try and win trophies I hope that means we will. Why would he stay further than his final year.

I'd much prefer we publically set a price and reject anything that is lower than that figure.

Looking at it without my Spurs fan glasses on, he'd be insane to sign on again this summer. If I were him I'd wait until next summer and see if the promises of making the club competitive were fulfilled in 23/24 and if not walk.

I think its clear Kane wants to go & has no desire to stay. Ideally for him, he’ll get a trophy & then go to United or Chelsea next year to break Shearer’s record. That’s probably his plan. I just dont think he’ll kick up a fuss again this time around after it went so poorly last time. And Bayern are probably hoping he does kick up a fuss so they can get it done cheaper than we want. Dont think it’s a coincidence that they sent in the offer a day before the international players are due back.
