He’s told
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has reportedly informed his friends that he will not sign a new contract with the North London club. The England captain's future has been a major talking point for the past couple of years since he tried and failed to push through an exit in the summer of 2021.

If he believed he had a gentleman’s agreement with Levy a couple of seasons ago I would not be surprised if he did his own thing now and Levy be damned. Apart from a few games at the start of last season he has done us proud with a more consistent level of high performance than you’ll have ever seen from any Spurs player. He goes with my blessing. If he stays, even better. I hope whoever is in charge can raise Spurs to somewhere near his level.

Haha, so many on here were so upset when he wanted to join City. I guess were in for a repeat this summer.

The guy would need his head examined to sign on again at this shitshow. He's a brilliant striker and, shamefully, he should get out of this loser club before it's too late. You'd have to question his ambition if he didn't.

Levy can either dig in and get one more season from him. Or cash in. But please spare us the naivety that he'll be stringing the club along if he doesn't sign this summer. You'd have to be dumb as dirt to think he'll sign on the summer after.

Good luck to him. He's reached an incredible level and we've had some great times watching him. Even now, in a terrible team, he's carrying us. He's got plenty more top level seasons to go and Levy has pretty much ensured they wont be with us.

Spurs all time top scorer, nothing else that he can really achieve here.

Can see him wanting to go to another Premier league club, win a couple of trophies and become Premier league all time top scorer.

Can't blame him tbf if true & as painful as it is maybe the time is right to sell, just hope if he goes he goes abroad rather than another PL club

No chance he goes abroad. He wants the Premier League all time top scorer
You might be right but I'm hoping he realises his best chance of Levy letting him go is if he goes abroad & if he goes somewhere like Bayern he's guaranteed trophies which hopefully are more important to him

Past caring. He isn’t void of responsibility.
Really! We would probably have been relegated or at least fighting for survival if we didn't have him and I don't just mean this season. Football supporters never sees to amaze me how quickly they can turn from love to hate.

Wouldn't believe a word of 'Sports Mole'. Having said that, I'm past caring what Kane does. If we're in for a major rebuild might as well start with a new CF who can press and run a whole lot better than Kane. Yes, it will be painful, but when was anything not painful being a Spurs supporter.
Who needs to run faster when you can pass a ball and score goals like Kane can and sometimes both within the same move.

When his contract expires, there isn't a damn thing that Levy can do to stop him going wherever he wants.
Chances are that he just won't sign an extension and will just walk off to the highest bidder next year.
Can't see him going abroad as he's always struck me as a bit of a homeboy and with a young family, I think he'll want to stay in the PL to beat the records.

If the club make drastic changes, then he may decide to stay on but I think we should get used to the fact we'll be graced with his presence for one more year, then, wish him well on his way.

I think Harry will renew his contract at the end of next season because this summer we will sell 8 players replace them with 6 quality ones that fill the positions we need enabling us to win the PL and FA Cup double and make the final of the CL. But then every Saturday morning I expect to get a 6 horse accumulator up in the afternoon and the evening the roll over lottery plus..........Eh, I'll keep that one to myself. Everything is possible

It is what it is and certainly not the end of the world.

Despite his incredible goal record, the major drop in work rate from HK in recent years has been very noticeable resulting in us being unable to effectively press from the front the way we used to in the early Poch years.

Let's remember Liverpool sold Countinho despite being desperate to keep him at the time and went on to reinvest the money to build a much better team.
