Correct, signed about a week ago - article on him posted on the NextGen Spurs v Liverpool thread.

Another unknown popped out of the woodwork by appearing off the bench in that game called Nabil Bentaleb - apparantly signed for 2 years from Liile (France) but I do not know anything more about him.
