Can anyone post the juicy bits? I don't subscribe to the Torygraph.

Nuno Espirito Santo could be sacked just four months after being appointed as Tottenham Hotspur head coach after it emerged the club are considering making a change.

Telegraph Sport can reveal that the 3-0 home defeat to Manchester United has prompted talks within Spurs over Nuno’s future, with discussions being held on Sunday over whether or not to make an immediate change.

A decision could be made swiftly following back-to-back Premier League defeats to United and West Ham United, which has resulted in mutiny among Spurs fans.

Tottenham supporters sang ‘you don’t know what you’re doing’ at Nuno during Saturday night’s defeat to United and also chanted for chairman Daniel Levy to leave the club.

The difference is Adebayor was released from his contract, not sold. The others in your list were on much lower wages.

I don't believe for a second that Adebayor would have left us and his ridiculous salary just because he wasn't playing.

The players we might want rid of now and other reported weekly salaries:

Ndombele £200k
Alli £100k
Bergwijn £73k
Dier £72k
Doherty £65k
Davies £60k
Winks £50k

You might think these are players who care passionately about their careers and will leave just to play regularly. Unless we can find buyers to pay their salaries, they won't leave.
I may be wrong but I reckon N’Dombele, Dele, Dier and Winks would want to move on if sidelined again under another manager - they’ve certainly made those rumblings previously.

Bergwijn I still reckon there’s a potential player there with the right coach and some confidence instilled.

Doherty and Davies both on wages that aren’t huge (by footballer’s standards) but we may have to compromise on the fee.

Personally with the right manager, if any unwanted players are made aware in no uncertain terms that they have no future, then for their own career/playing time I’m sure they could be persuaded to move on.

Sums up how bad things are if they sack him before the IT which is on the horizon & give Mason 1 week only (i hope)

I genuinely feel for the guy, as he is so far out of his depth, it's painful to watch. The club have to remove him from his duties just to maintain his mental health, as this pressure and scrutiny must be unbearable for any individual to endure.

Club Statement imminent? I’m hoping my phone pings from the Spurs app with that news.

I’m not particularly keen on seeing someone sacked, and I will always try and support our mangers/players etc, but this just never felt right, did it?
Just like with selling Kane, I’d be fine with it, if I had the belief that we would then spend the money wisely and get 3 or 4 more players in.

So, it will be interesting who will replace Nuno. But I’m not confident we’ll get it right.
