This season we can. I would understand if he’s playing a side that could work but he’s not. I get we have injuries but the balance of the side is completely wrong. Yo can play a side of defenders and Kane with no pace and dribbling. At least gil can take players on, at least spence has pace and can take players on. He’s going to destroy skipp confidence laying him in that position

I'd love to hear Conte's reasoning for why Perisic makes more sense than Gil up top tonight.

Perisic is old as balls, is playing every important game, and this game couldn't be less important.

Gil will give it 100%, and is considerably better than the opposition. I don't see how it isn't a win-win to play a kid with potential in a game like this?
