Bringing in Sanchez tonight is up there with some of his strangest subs. Looks like times up, who will levy bring in next to shoulder the blame for his own incompetence.

That sub has a bit of Moura/Bergwijn sub about it.

I don’t think I’ve ever been as disappointed with a manager as Conte, I never expected great football but I expected at least a solid defence and a plan, we haven’t seen that, he came in with a reputation of making uncompromising decisions about his player quality but has continually picked Son, Perisic, etc who have been woefully out of form, and his absolute stubbornness has been so off putting, such a shame and such a shame that this failure leaves us a broken club from top to bottom

Feels like there's very little point in dragging this out any longer now. This clearly isn't a team giving their all for the manager. Their lack of commitment on the pitch is simply a reflection of the manager's lack of commitment to the club. And in turn, Conte's disinterest is a reflection of his chairman.

The only chance of salvaging anything from this miserable season - even if its just a glimmer of hope for next season - is bringing a new manager in now. At the very least it would mean we're not starting next season completely cold.

😂😂😂 he just said it’s a little step forward from last season and that he can’t question the player’s commitment

Sanchez for Kulu just about finished it for me. He may as well leave tonight now, or we'll probably just ride this season out and finish 8th and then he'll be off anyway.
I'm curtain given the tools, he'll still give you a title winning side. Which of course he was never gonna get here. But I have a problem with coaches who don't seem to improve players, or at least change system or style to suit the players they have. And if you can't do that at Spurs, you've got no hope.

Average players this, bad year that. He's not done the job he's paid very well to do. No excuses.
