Bad taste? It's an unfortunate injury, but if it isn't Son's fault then they shouldn't directly penalise him and the club just because he got badly injured.

Lots of people are saying the red came from VAR as the ref initially gave a yellow.

I said and meant I can and Shearer just said pretty well the same.It was a reaction by the ref in this situation,not really fair actually if you judge the actual incident. Son reacted also in a way that he looked guilty. I don't think he was guilty of a red card

They haven't defended it, they have explained why it was given, that isn't the same thing. The PGMOL has a panel of assessors who will look at this tomorrow or after we appeal.
