Honestly all this talk about him being a criminal...if you read the indictment and read into the non Juve hit-piece stories about it...it really doesn't seem to be all that bad to me. The Athletic did a deep dive into it and it just seems like he did something that DoF's do.
He cooked the books mate it's as bad as it gets..he had two books going at the same time, the actual ones and the false ones. He put side agreements in place with players, there's a reason he's potentially looking at actual jail time.

The main piece of evidence is called "Black Book of Paratici", there isn't really much room for interpretation here.

Is our PR Officer really that bad that they think putting this video out is a good idea or will get fans onside?

What a mess the club is.
I haven't watched yet as I'm at work but I said on Sunday I think probably the biggest issue of all is the clubs awful awful PR.

They don't talk to the fans, when they do it's meaningless waffle dressed in corporate talk or that ridiculously defensive statement to the trust.

Levy when he talks actually comes across quite well I think but we never see it. We get silence followed by short sharp statements or corporate videos.

Whoever is in charge of it over there really needs replacing.

It's more meaningless flannel from the club with another patsy pushed in the limelight other than Levy and the board.

wasn’t lo celso an individual loan to buy though?
We didn’t manipulate the price of another player who was also coming to us from the same club did we?
I’m sure we did this with Swansea ??
paid more for Davies and got vorm for a lower price or visa versa

The difference is Spurs aren’t a publicly-traded company with accounting disclosure obligations.

The fact that this trial has been put back really is more bad news for us

You could have multiple different books with different values that doesn't mean it's fraud. How much I'd be willing to pay is different than how much a player is valued which is different than how much I'd be willing to sell someone for. Nearly all clubs would value their own players higher and other clubs players less.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least to see him cleared of wrongdoing.

Looks like it’s been shot on his mobile in a hallway somewhere. No fucking professionalism at all. Sums us up. At least have him sat in the stadium doing an interview or something. Pathetic.
His mum is pissed with him so he is grounded.

Looks like he’s landed a nice cell though, if it’s on the wing with the pool table he’s laughing.

A listed company having more than one set of financials is fraud mate, there is no differing values. There is the true value and that's it. It's fraud, pure and simple.
He may get off but that will be down to a technicality if he does. They found the 2nd set of financials, they have recordings of others talking about the books, they have phone recordings etc so hes up to his fucking neck in it.
