According to Sky he regained conciousness just before getting in the ambulance. He was taken to hospital for the usual scans for a head injury.

The ref is an idiot because he allowed play to carry on twice when corluka went down twice in the box, when a stoke player was diving around he would stop play immediately, battle on corluka u are a true soldier!!

Fair play to Gomes though, he had injured ribs but kept coming out and putting himself in the way of those crosses/throws. The guy's a legend in the making. Corluka was very unlucky today but I think the players would much rather take the odd knock whilst Gomes commands his box than have to deal with everything themselves.
