Lengthy interview in which he reveals he rejected Liverpool's bid and is looking to break straight into first team.

Good attitude. Quite excited at the talent coupled with this management regimes attitude towards youth.

Saw him play a few times for MK Dons last season on Sky FL72, I liked what I saw. However it's a big step up to the PL. I think we'll see him in the cups first, reminds me a bit of a young Steven Gerrard, though I'm wary of those comparisons after Paulinho was supposed to be a "Frank Lampard type of midfielder". His stature and strength will be on his side and he's better built to withstand the physicality of the PL than for example Carroll or Pritchard.

He will be a first team player this year, I just have a ripping feeling about it. Throw him in the deep end, he won't drown.

Anyone think he may be able to work with bentaleb in the current 4-2-3-1? I like masons work ethic but feel his mental lapses in defense and poor finishing cost us more than a few points last season.

Dele biggest attribute is to listen, take onboard what's being asked of him and implement that plan.
Fantastically hard worker.
When he gets his chance he won't let anyone down.

With you completely. Up to now in his career he's probably been the best player on the pitch almost all the time but that's about to change. He's not stepping up one division but two. Naturally I want him to be the best in the premier league but that's not going to happen overnight so while I like the attitude I'd like to think there's some realism mixed in.
