Wrong. Natural selection is the differential survival and reproduction of individuals due to differences in phenotype. It is a key mechanism of evolution, the change in the heritable traits characteristic of a population over generations. Charles Darwin popularised the term "natural selection", contrasting it with artificial selection, which in his view is intentional, whereas natural selection is not.

I think they’re both massive steps up. Plenty a player has scored a lot in the championship and struggled in the Prem.

EXCLUSIVE BY IAN LADYMAN: The midfielder was the major signing of Mauricio Pochettino's final summer at Tottenham but failed to impress and was ultimately sidelined when Jose Mourinho took over.
Mourinho gave thought to Almeria’s Darwin Nunez but decided not to pursue the Uruguayan striker. Nunez, 21, is now favoured to sign for Brighton.

I think France 2, spain 2 and championship are pretty similar levels personally. Maupay, Kante, Mahrez and benrahma all came from second division in France. I think people overrate the championship a little.

I think the France second division is a strong one for players obviously. France as a whole is probably the strongest player development factory outside of Brazil. That said I think the quality of actual play is quite poor.
I think English football as a whole gets somewhat overrated but I think the championship is quite easily better than the Spanish second division (France’s as well for that matter). I think money being a major factor in it.
I think individual player quality is different from overall team quality.
