Cruyff & Rogers or Cruyff & Moyes

Rogers could be our Guadiola or Moyes could become our Ferguson.
Both are optimistic, both managers are gettable.
Neither i am 100% sure would know how to spend the money/attract the top talent.

Doesn't want to move away from Barcelona apparently.
(For the record, I said to the missus the other day that Rodgers & Cruyff would be my dream management team. Emphasis on "dream" admittedly...)

Thought he'd been a bit of a nightmare in the Ajax boardroom. He had run ins with a number of staff and generally thought he was above everything from what I can remember. Maybe it was Deselina who was talking about it before. Not sure how much involvement he has with signings etc. at Ajax, most of their players come through the system there so I don't know how it would translate to our situation. What would he bring to the job other than being Johann Cruyff?

As often happens with genuine geniuses, Cruyff is apparently difficult to work with and finds it hard to get along with mere mortals.

Absolute non-starter.

Van Gaal in as manager. He loves bringing through youth and is a master tactician and motivator. He is the man we NEED.

Back then I was actually also suggesting as some sort of role at Spurs but it's too late now.
RIP.
