Think I would have preferred being in the the 3rd tier because we might get some wins that way!

They should just get rid of the Nations League anyway.

And go back to boring, pointless friendlies? The Nations League is the best idea UEFA have come up with in decades.

I didn't find the Nations League matches interesting and it only adds another summer competition that has little prestige. It's also messes up the qualification for the Euros.

I think it was a good idea in theory, but I don't think the execution worked. Maybe the new changes will make it better.

I think the Irish might have a different view just because you had to play Denmark and Wales for the hundred and umpteenth time in the space of a couple of years.

The summer finals were a bit of a dud, I agree there. But England had a brilliant group with three fantastic games (and one closed doors farce). The Holland/France/Germany group was riveting. Drop down to levels C and D and you had teams like Norway, Finland, Kosovo and Luxembourg experiencing something resembling success and winning competitive games regularly.

For most countries and most viewers and fans, the Nations League groups were a great success.

Struggle so far. The pitch doesn't look great.

Lichtsteiner is a twat too. You'd know he's played for Arsenal at some stage in his career

Bad defending which is a surprise

Still no idea how Glenn Whelan is an international footballer. Also a bit annoying that Coleman is getting picked over Doherty

We've got no composure on the ball at all. Playing so direct and rushed even with the Swiss sitting off and allowing us to have it

Not overly optmistic with that line-up.

Would've loved to have seen Parrott start up top with McGoldrick

Not playing too badly. Would still love to see Parrott on for Hendrick soonish.
