Possibly but with them starting around 6.45pm and (according to reports) their concerts lasting up to 3.5 hours it should hopefully be ok.

Ahh, I wasn't sure how long they would play for
Might be restricted to finish by a certain time as in residential area.
However now planning to drive to either Shenfield or Brentwood, last train from Liv St is 00:55.

Yep, as will be using the Elizabeth line from Liv St., part of TFL. From 11pm to midnight there are trains every 10 minutes.

Brentwood and Shenfield are NCP car parks and you can use the paybyphone app which allows you to top up your ticket.

Confirmation of bus route 149 diversion for today and tomorrow if needed from the TFL site:

Routes: 149

HIGH ROAD TOTTENHAM: From 16:20 - 22:20, buses are on diversion via Northumberland Park, Shelbourne Road and Lansdowne Road due to an event. Buses towards Seven Sisters will miss stops from White Hart Lane Station to Lordship Lane (Stop A). Buses towards Edmonton will miss stops from Tottenham Sports Centre to White Hart Lane Station.

Other routes are affected but take a different diversion (via A10):

HIGH ROAD TOTTENHAM: Buses are on diversion between Edmonton, Angel Corner and Bruce Grove Station via Sterling Way, Great Cambridge Road , Lordship Lane and Bruce Grove due to an event. Buses towards Tottenham will miss stops from Colyton Way to Scotland Green. Buses towards Edmonton will miss stops from Lordship Lane to Colyton Way.

Thanks, unfortunately I don't know the area so that's all double Dutch to me ?
Do they still stop outside the stadium ?

Silly question time, going back to Liverpool street after the gig, do I catch the bus (149) stadium side or the other side of the road ?

Still hoping to be able get the train from Liverpool Street to white hart lane and back

Thx

I think you will be okay with the train but to answer your question - the buses will be on diversion and not pass the stadium. As you don't know the area go to https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/the-stadium/guns-n-roses/getting-here/tfl-buses/ and have a look at the first bus map to see the diversion.

BTW looking at the comments on the Spurs Stadium Twitter posting it looks like there's been big problems opening today - 17:00 snd doors still not open!

that tweet was posted at 5pm, there were tweets that said "Waiting for 3 hours". checked the site and it says doors open at 3:30, I can only think that they've understated the volume of early arrivals.

Well he's in now.

Axl probably wasn't happy with the colour of the clouds or something, and refused to let anyone in until we fixed them... ?

Rock and roll baby, I bet the issues are with the band messing around or being late rather than our PA. It is Guns and Roses after all

Yeah you always gotta expect some issue with Axl and Co!

Would love Maiden to play here, but with Steve Harris being a hammer, and their love for the O2 I don’t think they ever will. Would blow an even bigger hole in the roof though.
