I'm pretty sure he showed promise early on but then turned out to be pretty shite - 2019 THFCSPURS19 said this so we'll see:That reporter was really good for us last summer.

Tottenham chasing Callum Wilson after striking Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg bargain with Southampton
Tottenham will turn their attention to Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson after finally sealing a deal for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
...
Spurs will now shift the focus to signing a back-up striker to Harry Kane, with Wilson top of their wish list.
The England striker has told the Cherries he wants out and Tottenham are favourites to beat West Ham and Newcastle to his signature.
Bournemouth want in excess of £20m for Wilson but Spurs believe the player is keen to join them and that a compromise can be reached.
Wilson, who has three years left on his contract, scored 67 goals in 180 appearances for Bournemouth.
I got on the Ollie Watkins train after the playoff final so this now seems a lesser option.
Overall it would still be a pretty solid move however as long as his knee holds up.
He's a good PL proven striker who can fill a niche role for us. Being backup to Kane isn't an ideal job for an up and coming player new to the league, a more experienced player makes sense IMHO.
We’re desperate for a back-up striker.
Most of us would welcome Llorente back with open arms, and Wilson is objectively a better option than Llorente.
Hope we can get this done.
Just can’t muster any excitement over this signing
