They’re defending as a team but not attacking as a team.

Lamela laid it off to Lo Celso who took the ball forward. Lamela was nowhere to be seen and our wide outlet in Aurier was also nowhere to be seen. It’s either going to be another own goal or another piece of individual brilliance in order for us to score.

Based on the starting XI:

Davies, Aurier, Winks, Sissoko and Lamela are simply not good enough. You can’t play 5 average Joe’s at the same time and expect to play well.
