The fact of the matter remains that we have been shockingly poor for weeks now. In fact most of the season.
We are only qualifying for the CL by virtue of two other clubs being even shitter than us. It’s really nothing to write home about.
Bar the CL run it’s been a very forgettable domestic season and we need major work in the summer.
I can’t be the only one who no longer gives a fuck about arsenal. We have bigger things to concentrate on.
Our CM is a joke. We carry too many injury prone players in the squad. We need proper back up for Kane. Seeing Leicester play last night made me realise how shit our full backs are.
Half of their starting 11 team would instantly strengthen us. That’s how far we’ve fallen.
Big rebuilding job required. The only thing that gives me hope is keeping Poch. This team is definitely now at the end of the cycle. I never normally recommend big churn but this summer I pray for it. The likes of Trippier, Lamela, Wanyama need to be moved on and replaced with reliable fitter, better players who aren’t always injured. Lamela is always crippled and Wanyama has looked so off the pace I doubt he will get back to what he was.
Plus we will lose Toby and Eriksen.
There are huge question marks over too many areas of the squad for me to be anything but anxious about the summer and how we will go into next season in a position to challenge for the title. Because frankly that’s what we should be aiming for.

We were strongly linked by press and ITK to Maddison, Ricardo, Maguire and Tielemans (even Jonny Evans) before they signed for Leicester. Our problem isn't identifying. It's getting deals over the line.
