The way the club dealt with the whole Jol/Ramos thing, it was a massive disservice to a guy who'd always tried his hardest for this club.. Not saying i wish he was still here, but it could have been dealt with better.

The board got rid of an oaf and bought us a winner.

If they has sacked him in the summer there would have been uproar.

They had to give him one more season.

Jol sacked himself against Sunderland.

We did have one. He got sacked because he was shit.

yes i know we had a goalkeeping coah, and got released at the same time as a few other coaches, but it doesn't change anything about my original post does it?

To be honest, this season's been full of them... Letting Pascal take a penalty against PSV.. Letting JJ take one too..Robbo's against Reading pretty much ended his relationship with ramos i think..Didn't berbs miss a sitter against Sunderland on day one??..Dawson has his own personal diary full of them this year lol...Gilberto V PSV as already stated..

Maybe Gilberto's is the most important, but then we still had a 2nd leg to play, so maybe the penalties?

In fact, i'm gonna look for the positives, 5-1, the win at City with 10 men, and lifting a f-ing cup!!

Perry Suckling on a temporary basis until we can get a full time replacement for the shit we had previous.

Positives? The teams fitness? The fact we dont roll over for the big four anymore? We have a manager who fixes on the pitch problems before they happen?

So the guy incharge of coaching our academy players also has to do the first team. Blimey we are spreading our staff thin at the moment. Is Levy trying to offset the cost of bringing Ramos in by not getting a new goalkeeping coach.

You did watch our last game I assume, there were a few players out there that looked completely knackered and burnt out. In my opinion the teams fitness peaked too early.

We will have a new GK coach by next season.

With Alvarez, Moniz, Gus and Juande we will have more coaching staff than under Jol.

With regards to the goalkeeping coach presumably we are waiting to see who we sign before appointing as it makes sense to appoint someone who the incoming goalkeeper knows and will work well with.

Don't confuse complacency with tiredness. A lot of players rightly no they will be playing elsewhere next season.

So they are attempting to impress potential clubs that might buy them by playing rubbish?

I should imagine that is correct. It is also alot easier to prize away someone in the off season.
