I agree but the problem we have is there's no one at the club who is setting high standards. No one who is saying "this is unacceptable!".In a week where one of our greatest has passed away it's embarrassing and shameful to watch that performance , coupled with this result and the Chelsea one it belies belief.
We have gone backwards at such a rapid rate it's got to the stage that we are now probably a decade behind the top 4, especially under Enic and Levy's stewardship.
If Levy and co are to stay they have got to revamp our scouting team and get back to the days when we signed quality like Dembele, Eriksen and Verts to mention a few.
Leicester, Everton and others are emerging and the PL is becoming a league where more clubs are not accepting poor football or mediocrity. Basically they are getting more ambitious as well as smarter and it's raising competition.
So Levy's attitude of checking to see if the decisions on managers and recruitment make sense financially and not in terms of success are going to hinder the club and eventually really hurt the club.
