My only thought about the match today - I’m determined just to take it as it comes and enjoy it - is that I want our team to actually turn up and give those tossers a proper match for once. The number of times we’ve gone there already beaten recently pisses me off.
I’m confident they’ll get a match today simply because of Ange.

All week my head has been saying 2 or 3-1 Arsenal. However, their fans have been so arrogant and dismissive of us that I feel like it will filter through to their team. Im now going with a 2-2 or a heroic 2-3 to us. This game is a free hit for me so whatever happens, happens but lets go out there and take the game to them.

I obviously wanna beat them but I wanna see if
I just watched those calamitous last 2 NLD defeats - full of 1 in a 100 wonder goal and our calamitous defending...especially from Lloris.

Big game for Vicario today. Rival fans do not rate him. Today is the day he can make a name for himself...good or bad.

All I want is a game, where we dont do suicidal defending and give away goals due to errors

Game plan should be to take the game to Arsenal, playing our usual style...But try to keep it tight as much as possible. With Arse playing midweek game, last 20 minutes could be ours if we stay in the game
absolute facts.

I know where people are coming from saying this is a free hit. But it's Arsenal! When you live amongst them it's never a free hit.

Need a big performance to make up for last years no show

I always get up early on derby day just so I can hate those bastards for a little longer.

If we win bloody wonderful but i just want us to go there, turn up and play without fear as we have done. Bumps will happen but let’s stay true to where we are heading and not overreact if it goes belly up today. #COYS

This could be messy and I'm just steeling myself to accept it. The price we pay for Ange's approach is that sometimes we'll get spanked. Of course, I have been dreaming of snatching a win, putting their arrogance to the sword, but Ange isn't going to compromise on his gung ho style, which is the whole point of the project, and this means we will be playing exactly as Arsenal will want us to play.

They're going to score goals today, so it just becomes a question of how many of our chances we can also take. It will be a completely different game to last time, though, where you knew that Conte's approach necessitated not conceding first, and 2-0 was game over even if it happened early. This time I'd say we are still in the game at 2-0 with 10 minutes to go. We will either concede more or snatch a draw or something.

In any case, I love the style, I love watching us play - which after these last few years is quite simply wonderful - and if the price of this style, this record breaking start to the season and the sheer exhilaration of having this manager after the dross of the last seasons, is that we occasionally lose horribly, even to that lot, I'll take it

I'm still dreaming of a win though!

I think we're going to get done but at least we won't be cowering in our own half, desperately fending off attacks until one inevitably succeeds.

can see this as a high scoring 3-2, 4-3 scenario in either direction. Can also see the possibility that we will get smashed 3 or 4-0. Fine margins between those 2 scenarios imo.

As long as we play our football regardless and try to impose our game on them rather than cowering at the edge of our area, I will accept whatever result comes.

Arsenal are massive favourites and we are the underdogs, they have no excuses for anything but a comfortable win so how the hell they're going to deal with a win for us is anyone's guess.
We can win this by playing our game and if we do that it's a win anyway whatever the final result.

Can we remember that win, lose or draw that we are still very much a work in progress.
