This seems so obviously Mendes up to his tricks. Why do we try for his players, ever?
Does nobody remember Luis Diaz. I’m not sure dealing with that guy has ever worked out for the club. Thanks for Matt Doherty I guess?
Once bitten, and all that! This seems so obviously Mendes up to his tricks. Why do we try for his players, ever?
Your Fulham stream is waaaaay behind.Son, Solomon, Perisic.
Never should have targeted this guy in the first place. Have some faith in the players we already have please.
maybe we didn't pony up enough to mendes and what he might of wanted as back end kicker and why one of the ITK said levy always plays by the bookOnce bitten, and all that!
Valid point! What if Fati's goals and assists pushed us up the league? We're looking at both short-term (next 36 games) and 2-3 years ahead.
Levy's caution resembles an insurance broker's risk approach. Fati on loan makes sense as a low-risk option.
Relying on Johnson is a gamble, given his unproven track record. Two players might have eased the risk of losing Kane.
What makes me more angry is his arrogance to fuck with transfers
I’ve been out all day. Wagwan.
Do you seriously believe one league cup game conveys all the information required as to whether a player is good enough?Your Fulham stream is waaaaay behind.
That’s fine with me if that is the case. I’d still like to see players not in our plans long term moved, a more logical 3rd centre half than what is currently at the club and another WF. Fati seemed like a weird choice if we were prioritizing longer term HG options so it not happening doesn’t faze me. I just don’t see us moving players we haven’t fully moved for two windows prior and to date this window so we can sign the positions we need.We replaced Kane with Richarlison and Maddison. Not sure how people don't get that.
i think this is more so the doing of brighton not insisting on an option or obligation, it sounded like barca did not want to sell.So this Brighton thing is real then?
Mendes.
Well we didn't want him without an option so that's that.i think this is more so the doing of brighton not insisting on an option or obligation, it sounded like barca did not want to sell.
i think they eventually accepted but once brighton got word they came in and swooped. This stuff happens. just wish it wasn't the year we sold kane and have been so laxidasical about selling our deadwood. but hey, it takes two to tangoWell we didn't want him without an option so that's that.
We’ll see. I highly doubt it.
I feel the same, wasn't bothered about him before but if he comes in long term that's worth the punt but on a one year loan just to give barca a year's grace on his wages, not likely. It's just why apparently so close just to end up not doing it that grates.I'm not that fussed about missing out on Fati... it's just the way it's happened. And the waste of time.... again ! ... I just hope we don't miss out on our other targets... again !
George Bann was right then
I know it's crazy how this has all turned out. Gosh your up early Afri Coy what time is it in Swaziland?I wake up to 30 new pages, thinking he was signed during the evening and this is the shit I find?
Cheers guys, Son’s crying now.
