I'm saying that Gray put himself in a position to be sacked by making those comments and therefore he can have no real complaints.

However, in most companies unless a complaint was actually made on the strength of those comments, a warning would be the most likely course of action.

Is it right that such comments are made? Probably not. Does something like that happen in every workplace up and down the country regularly, without people being sacked instantly, I dare say yes.

Followed by another youtube video of him acting the usual prick.... then for him to be sacked and richard keys to keep his job. Come on... someone hated him in that company.
