Just a quick one. I have 320 loyalty points and sent off application for milan away. Am nervous about increasing flight ticket prices but havent booked yet as not sure if will get a ticket! When is cut off for points announced? Been checking site all morning and want to book flights!

Cheers.

250 points was the official announcement for application request.

I havent booked my flights, and hoping to get seats in the middle sections as that was great the last time round. Plus i need an extra ticket this time round.

Well it said 250 was needed to apply but implied that a final cut off would be announced later. 250 was only the minimum you had to have to even make an application! Flights are around 150 atm but will go up over the weekend I imagine.

I know. Glad I' not the only one on tenderhooks! First game I'e gone in for abroad and don't really know how it works. Would REALLY appreciate any input from someone who's been through this process before.

Was told yesterday that it was well over subscibed.
My 340 points looking in danger of getting me only a seat in front of the tv.
In Milan, of course, already booked.

Let's see if spurs do the right thing this time and ask for more tickets if it is over subscribed.

They can ask, but they won't get.

AC Milan average 72,000 in the Champions League, so little or no scope for any increase.

Anyone missing out, but are still planning on going I would advise to try www.mpestero.com as this is a site I have seen be used for buying tickets for AC Milan home games when you are based abroad.

For the record, I have never bought tickets through them (have never been to an AC Milan game before), but have read they are okay (semi legit even) and don't charge a ridiculous premium.

I should also point out I have absolutely no connection with them. Merely trying to help out, as a few people have asked me for help on the ticket front and am passing on the information I have gleened.

I'm not going to the San Siro this time, but that's more to do with the amount I spent on beer and strippers last time than anything else. Worth every fucking penny.

I guess so wsussexspur. When I tested the actual ordering part of the site it was still working, though obviously they can cancel your order if you don't enter the required details

I can confirm that Matty did indeed spend an extortionate amount of money on strippers whilst in Milan. I am going back to see If it was well spent!!

Anyone who has also applied for a place with Thomas Cook Sport and been successful for both will be sent their match ticket in the post and WILL NOT receive one on the official trip.

 Given that my little Russian friend with the big boobies had me walking around like a tent for ages afterwards, I can confirm it was indeed money well spent

Hmm, so I'm guessing for those of us with flights booked and no ticket, it's looking pretty bleak, then...
With Milan averaging close to capacity in the group stage, the Spurs section considerably over-subscribed by season ticket holders, no online sale planned by AC Milan and even the above ticket agency only accepting applications from Milan season ticket holders, it doesn't look too clever for a humble One Hotspur member like myself.
Anyone got any other ideas for getting hold of a ticket?

Tickets available here: http://www.viagogo.com/Sports-Ticke...lian-Premier-League/AC-Milan-Tickets/E-303846

You will be paying quite abit more than face value but least you can be in peace of mind you will get the tickets. I stupidly used them for the Inter game at san siro as didnt think would be able to buy tickets direct from inter and it worked pretty well tickets were at the hotel day i arrived and were ok seats and if tickets dont turn up you know you will get a full refund.
