Full weeks rest, full week on the training ground, sarr and biss back (hopefully biss is fit) vdv, maddison and Benta another week fitter, lo celso, solomun and sess hopefully fit, werner another full week intergrating with the side.
Things are looking up

We killed ourselves in the reverse fixture, giving away two stupid penalties and missing good chances to score until we were 4-0 down. That was their first PL win in four games and they then failed to win again until thumping Crystal Palace 4-1 last weekend. By contrast we are unbeaten since that game with two home wins and two away draws. They got splattered 4-0 themselves by Luton in their last away game so they will be wary of our firepower. We scored three goals in eight minutes v Brentford and two more at Goodison and have a very confident Brazilian banging goals in. They too have a Brazilian playing very well and scoring in Joao Pedro, who netted both penalties against us when we last met and has 19 goals in all competitions so far this season. So there you have it, two teams who can score and concede in equal measure. We are at home though and I believe there will be a huge difference in the performance and result this time with the return of so many key players to our squad. Last time out we had no Bissouma, Maddison, Van de Ven, Romero or Bentancur and we have now added Werner and Dragusin to the ranks as well. We have a much stronger bench as a result of these returning players and it will show with a dominant performance. Tottenham Hotspur 3 Brighton and Hove Albion 1. COYS!

As usual it will depend what Tottenham team turns up and how long they turn up for. 5 - 10 minute spells are not the same as a great performance. I want to see a confortable victory underpined by a convincing performance.

I would have them both on the bench but will be a great boost
Pretty much full strength now, certainly in terms of key players

Keep Sonny on the bench unless we are deperate , he's been playing with strapping on his right knee in Asia , had a look at his last game for us against Bournemouth and couldn't see any strapping then.

Edit ... Right thigh.

Another edit its left leg and strapping looks to be going below knee on to calf

People in here called it a cramp, but I think he pulled his hammy a little in the quarter final.

Bentancur is well off the boil, going to be a tough decision on the CMs with sarr and bissouma back

Pretty sure his right thigh has been strapped in every game in Asia, don't think that has anything to do with cramp.
Any doubts and Ange has to either rest Sonny against Brighton or have him on the bench , would be surprised if he starts.

Driving down from Norwich and taking my 7 year old (yes, I’m sure he’s not 11, lol) to his first game. Any tips for visiting the ground with a little ‘un. Anything to do or not to do? Thanks

How is driving with 7 fingers on each hand? Must be tricky.

I am sure Sonny would have played in the final had they reached it.....Imagine it was a UCL game on a tuesday night in Qatar....would he have played saturday afternoon at home if fit? Notwitstanding 2 ET games the week before?

I think quite possibly yes....
however if not injured he will give the bench a huge lift....

Yves is purely down to how he feels form and malaria wise...if ok maybe he starts too at least we now have options....

I can't wait to see a matchfit lineup of

Sonny Richy Timo

Bents / Biss Sarr Madds

Udogie VDV Cuty Porro

Vic

Bench
Foster Davies Royal Dragusin Kulu Johnson Solomon (Bent/Biss) Gio

with that group getting and staying fit hitting form and starting everyweek i would hope to see fireworks
