None of them fill me with much enthusiasm. If I had to choose one it would be Barnes because he's homegrown. If we have to sign someone of this quality then it better be as a stop gap.

Yeah he's off to Saudi. SO deal with Leicester for HB, which from all accounts could be easy with recent dealings.. or CP from Chelsea who we don't really do anything with.

Yea I don’t see Pulisic as a reliable enough rotation option personally and nor will Chelsea be particularly obliging with the terms your imagine.

Barnes looks to be West Ham bound and probably pushing £30m+

I’d trust Ange’s opinion if it’s Jota but haven’t seen enough of him to form a strong opinion but the obvious benefit of slotting into a system he’s familiar with certainly holds appeal.

Thanks for the info as always but my goodness those list of targets are remarkable underwhelming. I really hope both Milan manage to tie up Pulisic and WH Barnes fast.

Pulisic is talented but SO injury prone and would naturally be hugely overpriced by Chelsea.

Awful option IMO.

Much further afield makes me think Asia given Ange's knowledge of the market.

Pulisic is talented but injury prone. I wouldnt take his chelsea spell to mean much though. Hasnt been used properly by any of their managers. Only American I'd think about going for is Reyna but i'd want assurances his family would stay far away from matters.

Not particularly enamoured with Barnes or Pulisic to be honest - good solid players, but we have enough of those already....... I could have swore I saw us linked to Kvaratskhelia at Napoli.......am I imagining that or was it last year? At my age the years seem to merge into one. :cautious:

We were linked to him v.heavily 2 years ago but went for Gil instead.

He'd be worth crazy money now. Easily over 100m.
