I would have had Poch, Nagelsmann & Slot as better options. But clearly none of those were runners ultimately, so I’m happy to give 100% support to Ange now. He plays football the way it should be played, he’s hugely charismatic and the Celtic fans love him.
100% support includes staying the course while the players are learning the new approach, even if that means suffering through home defeats to likes of Fulham or Brentford in September or October. There was a definite settling in period for Postecoglou at Celtic before he got everyone on the same page. We will have to “trust the process” for a number of months now. That should be far more feasible for a manager committed to front-foot possession-based football rather than Nuno-ball.
