Happy I made you laughing, obviously 🙄 there nothing else to laugh about this days. Oh I forgot signing silly petition is good reason for a laugh.
Daniel please don't let us hurt your feelings i'm sure your a lovely guy we just don't trust you know how to or want to build a winning football team. it's not personal.

A happy medium could be that he remain as overall Chairman but appoint a CEO for Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited who would essentially be responsible for footballing matters including transfers etc.

Levy could focus on Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Ltd matters and still hold overall power. i just cannot help feeling that his involvement in our transfer business / policy is not always helpful.

He has had the opportunity to do this for a very long time now and yeah, you're right but the time for doing that (I feel) has passed now, can anyone say they'd actually have any faith in him sticking to whatever arrangement he makes, especially when it's done now, at a time when the fan has hit the shit so massively.

And he's created for himself the conditions where a lot of people will feel that way. It's going to take something extraordinary for a lot of fans to regain any sort of faith in the club and for me, it has to start with him falling on his sword. Or spork :D

By and large he has done a decent job of raising our status as a regular top 6 team whilst also greatly improving the business infrastructure and marketing assets. He's done a lot of the hard work and I just don't see him be willing to hand that all over to someone else who may take the glory that comes with winning trophies. Hence my suggestion he remain as Chairman and appoint a CEO for football matters.

So I did not see my spell correct is a reason to mock yet I thought we are civilised on here
I was only pulling your leg mate.

Just made me chuckle that you had a pop at others for the spelling and then did it yourself.
Plus, the word you used made me chuckle too.

Edit. As far as I'm aware, English isn't your first language either, so don't take it personally. I was just having a bit of fun.

If our fans really want Levy/Enic out, we all know that we cannot expect our fans to refrain from renewing their season tickets, that will be suicidal for them. So, we need to improvise other ways of putting pressure on Levy/Enic through other ways.
Let's start by organising a boycott on stadium tours/sky walks, on purchasing of club merchandise and also stop buying food and drinks from inside the stadium. By doing this, we will not be asking for a big sacrifice from the fans and that will not be harmful in any way, shape or form, for our season ticket holders. But believe you me, it will definitely hit hard on Levy/Enic where it really matters.
We, as fans, have suffered for much too long now, It is useless to continue with our moaning and groaning if, we are not prepared to act by meaningful actions.
This is our team. Let's save it NOW before it becomes too late. COYS

This is suffering now? Its not great, but if you think this is suffering, try sitting in the stands during gooner George.

There is no way I am boycotting.

I understand your feelings as we've had some rough times. That's the problem at the moment as our current owners don't appear to want to push us higher. As long as we make CL they are satisfied.
I'm luckier than a lot on here as started going to the Lane in the mid 50's and have had the pleasure of seeing us win the top league (as was) and trophies, domestic and European but don't expect to be here to see it happening again.
I hope some of you younger and newer Spurs fans have the same joy.
I will say I didn't get to sleep after the last game. Soooooooo wound up by these players etc. it's enough to make me not want to see the game live anymore.
So maybe I am boycotting.

THST just write politely worded letters of disapproval that get fobbed off done they?
That's what I suspected, I had hoped they had a bit more clout when it comes to challenging the club.

All the same it's another avenue we fans can hopefully get across to the board how unsatisfaied we are with the direction of the football club.

The current situation I believe has opened the eyes of alot of fans with regard to how Levy/ENIC run the club and have been getting away with it for so long.

Some of us have been saying all this since Jol was fired and taking a load of stick from the majority on here. Which of course is fine and comes with the territory of posting on a forum.

But why has it taken so many, so long to see Levy was the problem?

There's definitely arrogance on his part in the way he has publicly declared that spending doesn't equal success - which is true to some extent, there are no guarantees of course. That lack of guarantee is always going to be an issue, given that his own wealth comes from the club.

However, if that is his attitude, then actually invest in a robust and world-leading football infrastructure. Football infrastructure, not property infrastructure. We need to be smarter than those who invest more, but this has clearly not been the case in recent years. Even now it sounds like our next manager may come via a corporate recruitment process, led by a board with little to no football knowledge, without our Director of Football, who is in hiding.

Sacking a manager, that had made visible progress, at half time by text message, should have been the red flag.

Just seen on Spurs’ Facebook account, that our next 5 Home games have been sold out …

As has been echoed previously, us fans will remain part of the problem.
