If the Italian authorities get their wish and his ban extended by UEFA and FIFA, There is a strong probability that his transfer dealings with us also get put under investigation and once that information reaches the public domain we may truly find out how much he is involved with our transfer dealings.
Why would his transfer dealings at Spurs get investigated due to a case concerning only Italian clubs operating in a period before he jointed Tottenham?

There was some mention of the Romero purchase being manipulated to the benefit of Juve which I found quite concerning.

I would like him out of the club. He did very well on some transfers, but with this cloud of impropriety and his clear intention to prefer defensive tactics and managers he is just not right for us. He led us to Nuno and is now apparently preferring Galtier. He doesn’t understand the club or seem to have any interest in trying to understand it, and for that I’d be happy to see the back of him.

Because there is money involved and this is a criminal investigation by CONSOB. Paratici is an Italian citizen and if he is guilty of this and FIGC get their wish and his ban extended worldwide, they may feel it's a justifiable reason to investigate him further which means his dealings with us, once they get you for one thing you get put under more intense scrutiny. They can issue a European investigation order or MLA for UK which allows them to conduct investigations in other countries.

And also Bentancur, something along the lines of us paying more for Kulu so that the fee for Benty was then reduced so that Juve ended up paying a lower percentage to his previous club.
I thought that stank when I first heard about it….

I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. He’s clearly a brilliant chief scout, and in a role similar to what Hitchen had I would keep him no problem.

He’s improved the club structure, given us an actual youth strategy for the first time in years and our scouting has come on leaps and bounds. He has an excellent eye for talent and I think on incomings he’s picked good player and structured good deals.

But his track record selling players is abysmal frankly and he clearly isn’t great at the thing which ultimately makes you a great DoF - building a club image and direction and hiring the managers to do it.

Personally, the court case makes it imperative for him to go. I’d do it now, hire Tim Steidten as Sporting Director with Nagelsmann as coach and build a young, aggressive team in the model of the best teams in Germany.

If levy sticks his oar in when buying. Am sure he’s also the one saying no to outgoing players. Too cheap.

Fab is prob doing a custodial sentence at some point but most if not all roads lead to levy.

wasn’t lo celso an individual loan to buy though?
We didn’t manipulate the price of another player who was also coming to us from the same club did we?

Has to be tarnishing the club by association alone, not to mention the fact we are still employing him may have an effect on whether a new manager considers us or not.

Honestly all this talk about him being a criminal...if you read the indictment and read into the non Juve hit-piece stories about it...it really doesn't seem to be all that bad to me. The Athletic did a deep dive into it and it just seems like he did something that DoF's do.

False accounting fraud is a criminal offence punishable by a prison sentence. He is literally a convicted criminal.

Is our PR Officer really that bad that they think putting this video out is a good idea or will get fans onside?

What a mess the club is.
