I expect the Ndombele positivity to last until he realises that Levy has hiked the price of Freddo's in the cafeteria vending machines by another 10p.

Thanks for the info @Hercules

Certainly eases the concerns about losing more of our named targets. If the 21yo is who I think then I hope he's the one! I assume the budget for him is a fair bit higher than the 25.

Also very interesting news re TN. First time we've heard that about Tanguy wanting to stay and prove himself and its a potential gamechanger. Does explain why links away have died down recently.

Tell you what, these fat jokes NEVER get old! What a hoot!

In all seriousness, Ndombele happy to be here and working hard (and playing) and adding a striker along with potentially another CB and a creative player would be an incredible window, which probably should exceed any of our expectations going into it.

If he genuinely wants to prove himself then I will happily accept it. Can see he has ability. So hopefully this will be a much better year.

TN not leaving!
UNLESS serious money offer comes in. And even if does not certain he will want to leave. He wants to prove himself, and actually loves being here.
I know anything can happen. But? I doubt it.

Thanks @Hercules. This time the excitement at seeing you post exceeded all expectations!

He's not even fat. I wish I was that "fat".

I hope the ITK is right, and he ups his effort.

This part of the ITK is particularly good to hear. We all know there's a hell of a player in there and it's good to know that we've got a fighting chance of seeing it.

Surely it’s time to drop the constant fat jokes...... It’s not Hercules fault, it’s just how his fingers developed (thanks for the great update Herc).

TN may have had an attitude change but is it too little to late for Jose though?

Mourinho isn’t an idiot, he knows he’s a huge talent - as long as he’s training hard, and showing commitment to help the team defensively on the pitch, I see no reason why he can’t be an important player for Jose.

Does anyone actually expect this materialize?

He's going to have to completely reinvent himself as a player.

The Ndombele info is very exciting, we have a worldclass talent there, if he's motivated i think Jose will give him his chance.

He will have to do that if he has any hope of being a top class footballer. Perhaps the penny has dropped?
