He missed pre season. That’s not because of holiday quarantine or injury.
Well it's supposed to be a 10 day isolation at least. I suppose that would be today, who knows.
He missed pre season. That’s not because of holiday quarantine or injury.
He does no more harm to us defensively than Winks does.Id start him against Everton and give him 60 minutes. He needs the game time. We need the creativity.
What’s he up to here?
What’s he up to here?
Now I really dislike his off-the-ball profile, but anyone blaming him for this is just plain wrong. I’m not gonna judge him til he gets game time during the season. If hugo’s in goal we’re not having this conversation.

Gonna create a burner account to winner this twice. The resolution on that video isn't too good on my phone. Is Ndombele the guy who gave the ball away on the wing? Or is he the one who dived into a sliding tackle and failed to win the ball? Or is he the one who jumped in and turned his back on the ball, fouling a player in the process? Or the player backing off and giving the attacker all the time in the world to shoot? Maybe he was in goal and couldn't save a 25 yard shot that was 2 feet to his left?
Oh look, there's Dele and Son slowly walking back while Ndombele is running back to defend. I'll check their threads to see if people are calling them lazy and unfit.
“Why is he jogging”, “he should be sprinting to win the ball there” meanwhile ccv and Sanchez just back off and hart can’t can’t catch a cold. It’s like people expect him to be Kanté on steroids in his first half of football in 2 months. He’s rightfully not over committing. The agenda and bias when it comes to this clip is shocking.I love the sunday league interpretation of this clip, he should just charge wherever the ball is

There’s no way tanguy is in any way responsible for that. Do you want him to sprint towards the ball at all times? What if that results in a runner in the space he’s vacated? There’s already two players that should’ve dealt with the situation. I question his effort, but that situation and his entire time on the pitch did not show a lack of effort at all to me. Imagine this was a new signing from a foreign league or even from the prem. Is he getting crucified or inspected under the most intense microscope? NO. I was actually encouraged by this showing.Lets get it right, yes Hugo probably saves that but Ndombele wasn’t that interested in winning the ball back.
It’s his first game in months, and I actually thought he did generally work harder off the ball than usual, but he could have done better here.
Heavier.Did he look heavy?
Or FifaIt just wasn’t his job to close the man, he held position to block a passing lane if anything. Anybody apportioning any sort of blame on him just clearly doesn’t understand how to play football.
