He’s the only person in todays pictures wearing full body covering and a seemingly woolen beanie on the hottest day of the year. It’s just a weird social misfit and cannot be rewarded with gametime. On the other hand he’s too talented to sell and take a major loss - and the precident cannot be set of agitation in the press and refusal to play getting traction...so it’s going to be a long war of attrition in the press. Maybe by year 3 he’ll present professionally because I don’t see us selling at a loss nor (correctly imo) do I see Mourinho coming further to accommodate him. He will eventually have to lose the pounds the clothes and the ghetto attitude because is ‘soldiers’ or nothing in a Jose system. For next year I think we’ll use Fernandez in the right of 3Cm position more.
Wow! That is all I can say. What do you mean by that? I don't even want to comprehend what you're thinking?

He was incredible early on against Villa & City to open the season, ran the show in those Champions league games as well. He was the best player on the pitch for about 30 minutes against Bayern and then you know...

Yep, he got tired.

I kid, obviously. I agree, too (obviously).

Please explain what a "ghetto" attitude is. I'll wait.

Clearly hugely talented but he just hasn't shown the intensity and defensive discipline to his game to survive as a central midfielder in the prem so far. Also, a major issue is, where do you play him? Alli is always going to start at number 10, Lo Celso has earned is place in CM, so this leaves one spot in CM. This needs to be a player with defensive discipline. Both Winks and Sissoko have shown that, even though they aren't as talented, they have the discipline to be more effective in that role than NDombele is. So I can see why Mourinho isn't playing him yet.

If NDombele can up his work rate and intensity he could possibly develop into a Essien type player and sit next to Lo Celso but I haven't seen anything from him yet that suggests this is likely to happen. As much as would love it to.
He could do the job Sissoko does, I mean that's his most likely way in imo.

I like to carry myself with general dignity and really don’t like to be overly rude, ridicule posts, etc. I’ve posted over the years and try to keep it light.

But, your shitty post is fucking abhorrent.

NDombele and Lo Celso midfield with NDombele sitting deeper could be a dream midfield 2. Need to see him getting minutes soon. He’s way too talented not to be playing.

No one doubts his talent, it's his attitude that stinks. No idea why this has to be repeated so much in here.

The sad thing is that despite being 100x more talented he couldn’t. As he is nether fit enough, or disciplined enough.
He hasn't shown it yet, but let's not forget that Sissoko didnt have the best of starts here either.

I think we know that at some point Sissoko is going to miss games due to injury. That for me will be the chance for Tungay. Then it's down to him.

Not sure what the hell Mourinho has to gain from this at this point. Even if he didn’t like him, he’s just diminishing his transfer value by making him out to be lazy, not giving him a look, etc. For a team with no money, not many valuable players we are willing to sell, and many needs, that’s superrrr dumb. And, if he’s Still trying to motivate him, that’s obviously not working with current methods.

We heard a lot about a “Changed Mourinho” when he joined, but this is another example of us just seeing some of the things that have plagued him in the past already coming to light. Silver lining is I guess he’s ahead of schedule so if it all goes to Hell, maybe we won’t have to wait it out for 3 years.

I don't think Mourinho really gives a shit about that sort of stuff. He brought Pogba to Utd and then got pissy with him and sidelined him. He seems to like to butt heads with high profile players and will also bully players if it suits his agenda. It's just what he does and the financial fallout is of no consequence.
