I wouldn't have took a gamble on him myselfHe’s been banned until June for betting reasons, plus as he wasn’t a free agent when the window shut we wouldn’t of been able to sign him any way

Koulibaly is a link I don’t get - I think he has had a remarkable few years but is in his late 20s l, subject to a massive fee, and has had some injuries in the last couple of years. For me our search for a centre back needs more names - slightly younger ( not necessarily late teens and ewrly 20s), but I would say young enough to continue to learn the league? Mourinho defending, quick, good on the ball and athletic I would say is the premise.
The absolute key signing, however, is the signing of a centra midfielder, a defensive player, one that play in the middle of the park and then, if we do move to a 433, move in between the centre backs and then into midfield. Hojberg is the name that seems to come up again and again and I don’t think he is a bad player at all but I do wonder if he is “on the list” or the target. This is is such a big signing.
Koulibaly apparently already has an agreement in place to sign for Man U in the summer.
Thank fuck Sturridge got a ban, what people see in him I truly have no idea. Hasn't played a full season in his entire career , and only a few seasons where his goal scoring could be said to be of a good standard. Not to mention he suffers from an undefended injury which some people believe to be in his own mind rather than physically.
Yep massively overrated when he was capable of playing matches regularly and now about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
Two words, Mino Raiola.Reports suggesting Donnarumma may leave Milan in the summer. Might be a bit rich for our tastes but I'm sure we would be interested.
Two defenders I like -
Burn of Brighton to replace Jan
Stevens at Sheffield U to replace Rose
And Aarons is essential
Haven’t seen anyone convincing yet for DM,
Kelvin Phillips?
HG players please
Linked with some dude from Ajax.
Report: Spurs made offer for Ajax man in January - Summer move may be possible - Spurs Web - Tottenham Hotspur Football News
Tottenham Hotspur reportedly made an offer for Ajax defender, Edson Alvarez, in the January transfer market, but were denied a chance to sign him by the Dutch club (De Telegraaf). Spurs and Ajax have a long history of dealing together, with the likes of Jan Vertonghen, Davinson Sanchez, and...www.spurs-web.com

Cannot see Willian happening - even if there wasn’t extreme bad blood from his previous transfer, a Kia Joorabchian player on a free is going to cost twice as much as a normal transfer after agent fees, signing bonuses, and crazy wages.Considering we are gonna be on a Europa League budget, we could do a lot worse than Dyzuba, Willian and Foster on frees. 3 very good players who would solve our back up #9 issue, provide an upgrade on Lamela and improve our goalkeeping options, for no/little upfront cost. I know Willian and the club have an ugly previous but he stated in an interview he doesn’t want to leave London and we know him and Mourinho loved each other.
