The worrying thing also though is he’s not the only one of our players that looks really unfit what the hell did poch do to them in the summer?

It’s weird this all seems to have come from when poch employer his son as the fitness coach?

we used to be the fittest team in the league but it looks like poch is regime has burned out a few players and initially looks like it’s broken Tanguy.

Just to add to my previous post, I also don't think the fact he knows exactly where he is supposed to be tactically is really helping him. At least if he knew were he was supposed to sit he would be able to compensate for his lack of fitness by positioning himself well. Which he can do. But we have been chopping and changing so much he looks even more like a tired lost puppy. I think we just need accept that it is going to take him time to adjust in many different aspects. We are very far from being at a point we should worry, even if he will continue to be frustrating for a while longer.

Looked like a ringer who had been out getting shitfaced the night before and turned up to make up the numbers.
I remember driving from my girlfriends, now my wife, straight to a match sunday morning and puking all over the steering wheel and my lap as I drove.
Played a blinder lol.

Any reports that he's a bad trainer, bad attitude? Just something someone mentioned to me today. Could be bullshit of course.

I’ve believed from the off that he’d be an absolute success. Tonight is the first time I’ve thought otherwise

Was like watching my dad track back at times

bring back Juande - he had a team nutritionist telling everyone what to eat.

I'm sure we have all kinds of coaches, nutritionists and everything else. He's not fat, it's not that. There just seems something off, a lack of desire, work rate, lingering injury. He just looks like he can't be arsed at times. There's just something not right with him and I don't thinks it's just the fact he's had a few injuries.

Funny how some players get the 'he needs time to get used to the speed of the premier league' and others get 'what the fk is wrong with the bloke.'
He's new to the premier league, has hardly played due to injuries and isnt match fit. There's no massive mystery to solve.

Clearly unbelievably talented but I think he is becoming a major worry now ! This fitness issue is so strange and like people have said his tracking back is painful to watch I don’t think Jose will put up with him for long ! Hopefully a European club will pay us the money we got for him due to his clear talent

For the umpteenth time that's not it though, is it. Tell me one player you can recall who 20 mins into the game has his hands on his knees gasping for breath (and then every couple of minutes thereafter), looks like he is about to keel over, cant run anymore and is then totally ineffective? I cant recall one. This was happening in pre-season, before any injuries, where he was also being excused games and on 'special training', and it's happening now over 6 months and a new manager later.

It's been more of an issue than someone getting up to speed and/or adjusting with the Premier League or being a bit a bit rusty after an injury lay off and not quite able to go the full 90. We all want him to fulfil the talent we have seen in glimpses, but the amount of people who confuse and explain away what's been an obviously serious ongoing issue and truth be told a bit of a clusterfuck of a situation for a record signing is pretty bizarre, to me at least.

His skill level is unreal, i mean like i said in the match thread - this guy could take a shit and id still be in awe - the thing is he would struggle to get back up from his shit.

I think we just need to give him a run of games and see what happens. Perhaps he needs to be the guy that has no defebnsive responsibilities because his attacking play makes up for that.

If that’s all he can manage then he won’t last long term in a Mourinho team.
